Charles holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from University of Sunderland. He worked with Cha Group (Hong Kong) where he progressed to the role of General Manager, before joining CTDK Holdings as Group Chief Executive Officer. At CTDK, he led the Group’s Group restructuring initiatives and oversaw business development, strategic corporate planning, and overall Group management.

Charles joined Finbond Group in 2023 and currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, supporting the Group’s strategic direction and operations.
