Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Customers Across Channels: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  2. Resolve Issues Promptly: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact
  3. Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s product or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Document interactions: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including issues and solutions, for future reference.
  5. Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to share customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Support New Customers: Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers.
  7. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Handle complaints and inquiries to ensure customers are satisfied with products or services.
  8. Coordinate Daily Workflow: Organized the daily tasks of mechanics to ensure prompt service to customers.
  9. Prepare Reports: Complete and submit reports on time.
  10. Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or managers.

Job Requirements:

  1. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
  2. Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  3. Proven experience in workshop or production/operations environment is an advantage.
  4. ERP system experience is an advantage.
  5. Good communication and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure.
  7. Experience in managing foreign worker will be an added advantage.
  8. Willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya (1 position) or Kluang, Johor (1 position)
