Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers Across Channels: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve Issues Promptly: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s product or services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document interactions: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including issues and solutions, for future reference.
- Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to share customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Support New Customers: Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Handle complaints and inquiries to ensure customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Coordinate Daily Workflow: Organized the daily tasks of mechanics to ensure prompt service to customers.
- Prepare Reports: Complete and submit reports on time.
- Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or managers.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in workshop or production/operations environment is an advantage.
- ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure.
- Experience in managing foreign worker will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya (1 position) or Kluang, Johor (1 position)
